Last sunday was our twin neice and nephew's 7th birthday -every year we all go to Bolton Abbey. This year it rained, then got hot, then rained, then hot (you see the pattern!!) But we didn't care....
And as you can see the kids were in the water anway!!
Poor Darren trying to eat his lunch with a captive audience - note only the middle dog is ours!!!
Lady was constantly in the water - she loves swimming!!
Our neice nearly went in head first!!!!
Isn't this lovely....
You can just see the priory....we stayed by the water side though.
We all had a lovely day and were exhausted.....until next years party!!!
The intense concentration of the doggies begging! It's so sweet and funny in that photo. Looks like everyone had a ball! Love Vanessa xxx (do you mind if i knit)
Ok so this is me Liz...I'm the mad lady behind Liz's Knitting.
My blog was a personal blog. It's also very neglected. Lots has happened since my last post.
In January 2016 Liz's Knitting became my business!!!
My page is https://facebook.com/Lizsknitting/
I am obsessed with knitting!!! Also with stash building (should be stash busting lol!!) I also enjoy crocheting but knitting is my passion!
I was taught to knit when I was about 5 years old. I loved making clothes for my dolls. Thanks Grandma and mum!
Thanks for dropping by!
I was reading this blog and she had a post about copyright and I thought it was well put, so I've added it to my blog. http://knittedtoybox.blogspot.com/
"Well its always a sticky subject, but it has to be done! The Copyright of all the patterns on this blog belong to me! Feel free to: 1. Distribute patterns for free (direct link as often as possible). 2. Make as many items as you like for personal or charitable purposes. 3. Sell any finished items made from my patterns (I would appreciate credit for the pattern, or a even just a link to the site, however its not a must.) You MUST NOT: 1. Take any of my patterns and claim they are your own. 2. Sell any patterns for a profit. 3. Make kits with the patterns for profit. 4. Use my photographs and claim they are your own. Even if these are not your own personal views on copyright they are mine so please respect them. Even though my patterns are simple a lot of work has still gone into creating them. Ok I'll get off my soap box now, I hope that cleared a few things up for people, happy knitting."
I rather like how she worded this issue. Hope everyone else agrees!!
I have been asked by a few people about the charity I knit for...it is called Loving Hands and they collect and distribute to various other charities. We are from all over the UK and even abroad.
